This week's cupcakes come to us from Cassie Joy, who created these glittery vanilla confections with strawberry filling for a cat's birthday party!
On her blog, a little piece of cassie, she writes that she used mini cupcakes for the head, fondant for the ears, candy melts for the whiskers, and Starburst for the nose. In addition to the gorgeous kitty cuppies, I also think the blue "Meow" accent cupcake, with its sugary pink marshmallow topper, adds the purrfect finishing touch!
