Kathy of sugarjones bakery created these festive feline-inspired vanilla cupcakes with buttercream frosting for her (appropriately named) friend, Cat's birthday! All accents, including the eyes, muzzles, and little signs were made out of marshmallow fondant covered sugar cookies.
She writes, "She was SO excited when she saw them!"
