Good ol' Taylor Swift has teamed up with Keds for her very own snazzy sneaker collection, because what other celebrity can you imagine wearing Keds more than Taylor Swift?

The singer, who frequently posts Twitter updates involving her Scottish Fold, Meredith, let her inner cat lady dictate the collection, which includes two adorable feline-themed motifs.



"Taylor Swift's Favorite Things" is a pinkish (red?) sneaker covered in a delightful mix of aqua colored cats, hearts, and bows, with a gold guitar pick charm.


Taylor Swift's Champion Paw Dot

The "Paw Dot" (a mix of polka-dots and cat paws), is available in navy and teal, with a silver, heart-shaped "13" charm attached.



The entire line is pretty cute, and also features other Swiftian signatures such as sunglasses, anchors, flowers and more.

The odd (non) couple of Taylor Swift and Zac Efron recently visited The Ellen DeGeneres Show to talk about their new movie "The Lorax" - and inevitably, the topic of conversation turned to Swift's Scottish Fold kitten, Meredith.

In the clip seen here, Taylor talks about how alongside career highlights of receiving a standing ovation at the Grammys and singing with her idol James Taylor, getting a cat was one of the top five moments of her life. The singer-turned-cat-lady also shared a video (above), showing the adorable kitten taking an unexpected tumble off the couch.

Hopefully, DeGeneres' own cats weren't at home watching the interview, or else their egos may have ended up a bit bruised. The animal loving host repeatedly gushed about Meredith being the cutest cat she's ever seen - joking that she often questions her kitties as to why they aren't as cute!

I thought I was done posting about Taylor's Swift's new kitten Meredith for the time being, but then ol' Swifty goes and tweets this ridiculously adorable video of the kitten "training" her, and the cat lady in me just want to go and give birth to a litter of Scottish Fold kittens.

It's also really cute how they're both sporting matching eyeliner.

When two of the biggest names in pop music share a conversation about kittens on Twitter, you can rest assured I'm on it.

Last night MEREDITH SWIFT IS ADORABLE became a worldwide trending topic alongside other important hashtags such as WAYS TO MAKE ME MAD, National Sandwich Day, and JUSTIN HITS 14 MILLION FOLLOWERS, after Taylor Swift tweeted a picture of her admittedly adorable kitten, whom she referred to as "my new roommate, Meredith."

Fellow cat lover Katy Perry quickly responded to her friend with, "OH MY GOSH. Is this kitty for real?" with Swift swiftly confirming, "YES! And currently chasing her own tail. PS I miss you!"

If all that cute kitten and friendship talk weren't enough, the virtual conversation ended with Katy (theoretically) squealing, "I want to cuddle with that kitten so hard! Miss u :) K.I.T!"

Meredith, who was reportedly named after Ellen Pompeo's character on Grey's Anatomy, and resembles a Scottish Fold, joins fellow feline Indy as a member of the Swift family.

Aww, celebrities! Tweeting pics of their new pets and maintaining superficial friendships over the internet; They're just like us!

Update: The news just keeps rolling in! Taylor just tweeted another picture of herself with the kitten. I love the internet.

Taylor Swift isn't exactly synonymous with kitties, but the singer is a cat lover, who even has a furry friend of her own, named Indy. Yesterday, in showing off her cat woman pride, Swift tweeted a picture of herself modeling a bona fide cat lady fashion, saying, "My day off shirt. A gift from a super cool fan who knows that to me, relaxation = a shirt with a bunch of cats on (it)."
